1. Can you wash it? I hand-wash and allow it air dry. Lay it flat during dry so that it maintains shape.

2. What is your return policy? I do not process refunds for purchase of the wrong size. However, I will exchange the product. You would responsible to cover shipping costs.

3. Should I go down a size? NO!!!!! It will not fit! Please use your true waist measurements. And, if you are at the higher end of a size, I suggest going up to the next size to ensure that it fits. The waist trainers have 3 different adjustable straps. You will have plenty of opportunity to tighten it.

4. Can I wear it beneath clothes or around the house? You do not have to limit yourself to wearing it only during workouts. You are free to wear it casually and under clothes.
