I'm so glad you requested some feedback. The device, after I got it to work, is great but that would not have happened if I had relied on your instructions which were the worst I have ever received in my life!
I reached out to a tech friend of mine who enabled me to convert to Fahrenheit and instructed me on how to get it to work.
You have a great product but it won't be fully appreciated until you improve and simplify your instructions!

Good quality, even unexpected. The readings are slightly overstated, but within the norm, I showed 36,9 on my forehead, 37,5 armpit, and the digital contact Omron showed 35,6. The cofoe is more accurate, only measure on the forehead. At 37,5, the display turns yellow, and at 40 it turns red.
